Ingredients

  • 1 papaya
  • some lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon oatmeal, tender
  • 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon glucose
  • 4 tablespoon milk, 3.5%
  • 150 g natural yourt, 3.5%
  • 1 handful blueberries for the garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel the papaya, cut in half and remove the seeds from the center with a spoon.
  2. Cut the papaya into small cubes and cut about 4 thin wedges (for the garnish) from one half. Put the papaya cubes and wedges in a bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and set aside.
  3. Put the oat flakes, coconut flakes, cinnamon sugar and grape sugar in another bowl and pour approx. 4 tablespoons of milk (enough to just cover the flakes) over it and let it soak for at least 1/2 hour.
  4. Then stir the natural yoghurt into the oatmeal mixture and mix in the papaya cubes. Now you can taste it again and, if necessary, sweeten it up. Divide the papaya muesli into glasses or bowls, garnish with the papaya wedges and blueberries and serve cool.
  5. Of course, you can also use more blueberries (approx. 125 g) and mix them with the papaya cubes in the muesli. Both fruits harmonize wonderfully with each other.
