Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- salt and pepper
- 3 bell pepper (s)
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 tube tomato paste
- 1 cup cream

- Fry the mince, season with salt and pepper. Cut the peppers and onion into cubes and add. Fry until the peppers are firm to the bite. Stir in 1 tube of tomato paste until everything is nicely distributed. Add 1 cup of cream and simmer for 5 minutes
- Rice tastes best with it. But you can also do it for a party. Baguette was well received at my party.
