  • 250 g mararine
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 pack jelly (woodruff)
  • 1 packet sauce powder (vanilla)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and cream until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in.
  2. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Mix one third with the cocoa powder, one third with the jelly and one third with the sauce powder.
  3. Grease a springform pan (24 cm) and pour in the yellow, then the brown and then the green batter. Do not mix!
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C on the lower rack for about 1 hour. Then fall onto a grid and let cool down.
