Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 500g flour
  • 280 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 packs dry yeast
  • Paprika powder, (to taste)

For the filling:

  • 400 g pasta, (e.. Spirelli)
  • 300 g bacon, diced
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 150 g cheese, rated (Gouda or Edam)
  • 400 g sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Put the dough ingredients in a bowl and knead to make a dough.
  2. Line the baking pan with 2/3 of the dough (the other third is on top of the grid).
  3. Boil the pasta and drain. Fry the bacon and onions in a pan with a tablespoon of oil. Then add the mushrooms and fry until the liquid has evaporated.
  4. In the meantime, clean and chop the spring onions. Mix all of the filling ingredients together and place on the laid out dough in the baking pan.
  5. Make a grid from the remaining dough, place on top and press down.
  6. Bake the whole thing at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 45 minutes and serve.
  7. Can also be eaten cold.
  8. If you want a side dish, you can add a salad.
