Pasta Salad with Fried Zucchini Slices

Cook the noodles in a saucepan with plenty of salted water until they are al dente. Pour off, quench briefly and mix with a little oil in a large bowl to prevent them from sticking together.
Wash the zucchini and cut into slices, they should not be too thick or too thin. Heat oil in a pan and fry zucchini slices in it and season with salt and pepper. Remove and fry the onion cut into rings with the finely chopped garlic in the same pan. Also remove and add to the pasta with the zucchini slices.
Now cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella ball into cubes, cut the olives into rings, open the can of corn and let the corn drain well. Now put everything together with the noodles in the bowl and mix with the salad mayo, vinegar and salt and pepper.
