  • 2 broccoli including stalks and / or stems
  • 1 handful leaves carrots
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • some butter
  • some flour
  • some cream
  • some salt and pepper
  • some nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel the broccoli stalks, cut away any woody spots and cut the rest into small pieces.
  2. Also cut half the onion into pieces. Roughly chop the carrot greens.
  3. Cook everything together with a little water. Then puree together with the water.
  4. Prepare a roux from the butter and flour and pour in some cream. Then mix in the green puree and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
