Ingredients
- 500 g tomato (s), reen, crushed
- 1 green pepper (s), crushed
- 5 small chilli pepper (s), whole (!)
- 4 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 100 g suar (brown or white rock candy)
- 3 carnation (s)
- Salt and pepper as needed
- Ginger, as needed

- Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and slowly reduce for about 30 - 45 minutes. You can also puree it and then let it boil down, just leave the chili peppers whole, otherwise it will be damn hot. Pour hot into glasses.
