Ingredients

  • 1 ½ liter beef broth
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion (s), diced
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled flour
  • 2 tubes / n tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar and VEGETA to taste.
  • 6 piece (s) bratwurst, fresh (butcher`s bratwurst)
  • 100 g rice or rice noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles or rice in advance.
  2. Steam the onions and garlic in hot olive oil. Briefly sauté the paprika powder. Add the flour, stir and deglaze with the stock. Stir in tomato paste and season with the herbs and spices.
  3. Remove the sausage from the intestine and form small dumplings. Let simmer in the soup for about 20 minutes. Add the rice noodles or rice at the end.
