Ingredients

  • 200 g olives, reen, pitted
  • 100 g olives, black, pitted
  • 290 g tomato (s), dried
  • 15 fresh basil leaves
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 teaspoon, heaped capers
  • 5 anchovies
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt, more if you like
  • some pepper
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 large clove garlic

Instructions

  1. First mix the oil, chopped basil, capers, anchovies and all the spices in a measuring cup / mixing cup. Then roughly chop all the other ingredients and add them to the mug. Puree everything with the hand blender and add a little olive oil if necessary.
  2. Focaccia tastes very good with the paste.
