  • 1 small Glass olives, green, pitted
  • 60 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 handful herbs, thyme, rosemary, parsley
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Chili powder
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender to a paste, season with a little salt and lemon juice if necessary, put in a cool place.
  2. Tastes best on bread when it soaks in the refrigerator overnight.
