- 500 g bell pepper (s)
- 500 g tomato (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 5 tablespoon oil
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 liter ¼ vinegar
- 1 tablespoon pepper, pickled
- 1 bunch parsley

- Wash, clean and chop the peppers and tomatoes. Peel and dice the onion.
- Fry the vegetables in the hot oil. Add sugar, salt, vinegar and pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Cut the bunch of parsley into small pieces and add and cook for another 5 minutes. Fill into glasses immediately.
