Ingredients
- 500 g pasta (macaroni chips), or similar
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 200 g cooked ham in slices
- 250 g cream cheese
- 4 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 1 handful rocket
- 2 teaspoons clarified butter or oil
- salt and pepper
- water

- Cook the macaroni chips in salted water for 9 minutes. In the meantime, mix the cream cheese, yoghurt and rocket, season with salt and pepper and then mix or puree until the rocket is crushed and the cream cheese takes on a light green color. Do not mix for too long, otherwise the rocket will turn bitter.
- Cut the ham into 1 cm squares and fry in clarified butter or oil. Then halve the cocktail tomatoes, add them and season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta water and stir the pasta into the tomato ham mixture. Then add the rocket cream and mix. Fry everything again briefly and then serve immediately.
