  • 250 g pasta
  • 125 g shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • liters ⅛ water
  • Chili powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs, Italian
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream (10% fat)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the garlic into fine cubes and sauté together with the shrimps in the olive oil. Add spices and herbs. Deglaze with a little water and simmer. Finally stir in the cream and tomato paste and season to taste again.
  3. Add the pasta and mix everything well.
