- 80 g pasta
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 carrot (s)
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 50 g processed cheese, (also liht possible)
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 30 g salmon, smoked
- Pepper, from the mill

- Cook the pasta in salted water.
- Clean and dice the carrot. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Heat the oil in a small saucepan and sauté the carrot cubes in it, then add the stock and let it boil down a little. Add the spring onions, processed cheese and sour cream and bring to the boil again. Then add the finely chopped smoked salmon and heat it up.
- Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce. Then serve with freshly ground pepper.
