Ingredients
- 250 g taliatelle, e.., spelled or whole rain
- 8 cocktail tomatoes
- 5 olives, green or black
- 50 g smoked salmon
- 0.5 ½ medium onion (s)
- 4 tablespoon cream cheese (natural cream cheese), low in fat
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
- 1 handful fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried

- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Meanwhile, cut the onion, tomatoes and olives into small cubes and pluck the salmon into small pieces.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan, fry the onions until translucent and then add the tomatoes, olives and salmon. Fry everything for 1 - 2 minutes over medium heat, then add the cream cheese and stir. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and basil and turn off the heat.
- Drain the pasta and add to the pan with the remaining ingredients. Mix everything briefly, arrange on a plate and pour a few more splashes of olive oil over it.
