Ingredients
- 450 g spinach leaves (frozen)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 150 g processed herb cheese
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- possibly sauce thickener, lighter
- 500 g pasta
- Salt water

- Defrost the spinach. Cook the pasta in salted water as usual and drain.
- In the meantime, dice the onion and sweat in oil until translucent. Add the spinach to the onion cubes, sizzle a little and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the sour cream, bring to the boil and now add the processed cheese and let it melt.
- Season again if necessary. If there is too much sauce, let it boil down a little if necessary and bind with a light sauce thickener if necessary.
