Pasta with Tuna and Anchovies

Ingredients

  • Short pasta – 380 Gram
  • Tuna in oil – 250 Grams
  • Fillet of anchovies – 3-4 pieces
  • Peeled Tomatoes – 400 Grams
  • Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon the spoon
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Hot Red Pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Put the water for the pasta to boil, then boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Heat the olive oil in a skillet or wok, add the anchovy fillets and fry for 3-4 minutes, chopping them with a fork.
  2. Add minced garlic and a pinch of hot pepper and stir.
  3. Add the canned tuna fillet, stirring and frying for 2-3 minutes, chop with a fork or wooden spatula.
  4. Dissolve the tomato paste in a little water.
  5. Add tomatoes, diluted tomato paste, salt and black pepper to the skillet. Chop the tomatoes while stirring.
  6. Leave the sauce to simmer while the pasta is boiling.
  7. Put the strained al dente pasta in the sauce, stir and heat together for 2-3 minutes.
