Paste for Sandwiches (Three Options)

I offer three options for a delicious pâté for quick sandwiches – meat, mushroom, and green. All three pâtés are based on cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • For meat pâté:
  • Cream cheese – 100 g
  • Smoked, boiled, or fried meat – 100 g

    For mushroom pate:

  • Cream cheese – 50 g
  • Fried or boiled mushrooms – 100 g

    For the green pate:

  • Cream cheese – 150 g
  • Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Fresh greens – to taste
  • Garlic – 1/2 clove

Directions

  1. For the meat pâté, I mix equal proportions of chopped meat and cream cheese. I punch it with a blender.
  2. For mushroom pâté, I mix mushrooms and cheese in a 2: 1 ratio and also punch with a blender.
  3. For a green pate, grind the herbs and add to the cream cheese.
  4. I peel a cucumber, grate it and squeeze it out of the juice.
  5. Add cucumber and garlic squeezed through a press to the cream cheese with herbs and mix everything together.
