- 2 lemon (s)
- 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
- 2 tablespoon peach liqueur or apricot liqueur

- Scald the peaches briefly with boiling water, rinse, peel, cut in half. Cut the pulp into small pieces.
- Squeeze the lemons and mix the juice with the peach pieces. Weigh the fruits and place in a tall saucepan. Weigh the preserving sugar accordingly 2: 1. (500 g of preserving sugar for 1 kg of fruit), add to the fruit mass and mix. Let it steep for about 3 hours at room temperature.
- Bring the mixture to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for about 4 minutes. Stir the peach or apricot liqueur into the jam
- Fill into glasses while still hot.
