Ingredients
- 1 can peach (s)
- 110 g suar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 0.25 liter ¼ schnapps (grain)
- 4 glasses peach liqueur (small glasses, e.g. Petit Fleur)
- 0.25 liter ¼ buttermilk
- 0.75 liter ¾ peach juice or passion fruit juice

- Drain the can of peaches. Now put the peaches without juice in a blender (it makes it nice and even, with a hand blender you usually get pieces of pulp) and puree. Then gradually add all the ingredients. Mix everything and the liqueur is ready!
- You get about 1.7 liters of super delicious liqueur. However, the buttermilk does not keep it that long - but it is usually drunk on the same day.
