Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 500 g quark
  • 200 g cream, whipped until stiff
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 65 g suar
  • 1 large can peach (s)
  • 4 tablespoon peach juice from the can
  • 200 g biscuit (s) (cookies)
  • Lemon balm for garnish

Instructions

  1. The cookies e.g., crushed in a bag. Drain the peaches and collect the juice.
  2. Puree the peaches (cut one half into 6 wedges and leave for garnish) to a fine pulp. Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar and peach juice and fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Layer in dessert glasses as follows: Garnish the mascarpone cream, fruit, breadcrumbs, etc. with a peach wedge and a lemon balm leaf.
