Ingredients

  • 125 ml buttermilk
  • 1 packet gelatin powder
  • 250 ml cream
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon liqueur, (peach)
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)
  • 1 large peach (s)

Instructions

  1. Put the buttermilk in a small bowl, stir in the gelatin powder with the whisk and set aside.
  2. Mix the cream with 50g sugar and 2 tablespoons peach liqueur in a small saucepan. Scrape out the pulp of half the vanilla pod and add to it. Bring everything to a simmer, remove from heat and stir in the buttermilk mixture until everything is well combined.
  3. Then fill in ceramic molds and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  4. Before serving, peel and core the peach and cut into wedges. Put in a small saucepan and mix with the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of peach liqueur. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 3 minutes, the sugar should have dissolved and the peach wedges should still be bite.
  5. Now set up the dessert plates and remove one panna cotta from the edge of the mold with the help of a small knife. Turn around, place on the plate and garnish with the peach wedges and juice. The amount of panna cotta results in 4 molds with a diameter of 8 cm.
