Ingredients

200 ml still water
30 g peanut butter, pure
2 banana (s)
possibly ice cubes

Instructions

Simply put all ingredients in the smoothie maker / mixer or puree with the hand blender until a homogeneous liquid is obtained. It`s best to use cold water or a few more ice cubes that you puree with.
Tips: I always buy DM`s peanut butter because it is unsalted and consists only of peanuts.
If you should buy the delicious smoothies in the small glass bottles soon, just keep them and fill them yourself, e.g. with this peanut-banana shake. Very practical for work, school or university!
