  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 200 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 150 g peanut butter
  • 3 banana (s), very ripe, mashed
  • 250 g flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 60 g walnuts, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the sugar until creamy. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the peanut butter and bananas. Mix the flour with baking soda and nuts and stir in alternately with the milk.
  2. Put the dough in a greased pan and bake at 170 degrees for 70 minutes.
