Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g cane suar
  • 50 g peanut butter, with peanut pieces
  • 150 g peanuts, roasted and salted
  • 25 wafers
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the roasted and salted peanuts. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until very stiff. Gradually pour in the cane sugar while beating constantly. Then fold in the peanut butter and chopped peanuts.
  3. Place the baking wafers on a baking sheet and place small heaps of the dough on top with 2 teaspoons.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool down on a rack.
  5. Makes about 25 pieces.
