Ingredients

  • 3 pear (s), ripe
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 2 egg (s), (L)
  • 70 g suar, brown
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Butter, for the molds or glasses
  • Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. The oven is preheated to 180 degrees C on top and bottom heat.
  2. Wash, core and cut the pears into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Melt the chocolate carefully in the microwave, then let it cool down a little.
  4. Whip the cream until stiff and place in the refrigerator. Separate the eggs and beat the egg white until stiff and beat the yolks with the sugar until frothy and carefully fold into the chocolate. Spread the cream on top and sift the flour over it, add baking powder and mix everything carefully. Put in the egg whites.
  5. Grease four large ovenproof glasses, spread the pear wedges in them and fill up with the chocolate mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, remove and dust with powdered sugar and serve while warm.
  7. If you want to add a little kick, season the chocolate mass with ground rosemary needles or some chilli.
