Ingredients

  • 120 g butter, salted
  • 120 g suar, brown
  • 1 egg (s), whisked
  • 175 g flour
  • 150 g pear (s), dried, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Stir in the egg and flour, then fold in the pear pieces.
  3. With a spoon, distribute 12-14 evenly-sized piles of the mixture on the baking sheets at a distance of 5-8 cm and smooth out with the underside of the spoon.
  4. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden, then let cool down completely on a wire rack.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
