Pears with Nuts, Chocolate and Cranberries Baked in Puff Pastry

Filled pears baked in puff pastry are an unusual and incredibly tasty dessert that will not leave anyone indifferent. Juicy pears, original filling of nuts, chocolate and cranberries and the most tender crispy dough – everything in this dish is perfect. Try to cook!

Ingredients

  • Pears – 6 pcs.
  • Yeast-free puff pastry – 275-300 g
  • Walnuts – 30 g
  • Chocolate – 30 g
  • Dried cranberries – 20 g

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary products. You will also need parchment paper during cooking.
  2. Let’s prepare the filling. To do this, finely chop nuts, chocolate and dried cranberries.
  3. We mix
  4. Peel the pears and remove the core.
  5. Fill the pears with filling.
  6. We turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough and divide into 6 squares.
  7. On each part of the dough, put the pear with the filling down. We connect the dough at the point of attachment of the pear stalk.
  8. Wrap the protruding edges of the dough in a circle.
  9. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the pears on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 25 minutes. If your oven has a convection mode, you can turn it on 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking.
  10. Pears with chocolate-nut filling, baked in puff pastry, are ready.
