Ingredients

  • 250 g butter, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoon pepper, whole, white
  • 2 tablespoon pepper, whole, black
  • 2 pepper - panicles, fresh, green
  • salt
  • Worcester sauce
  • 3 tablespoon pepper - berries, pink

Instructions

  1. Remove the fresh green pepper from the panicles and finely pound in a mortar with the black and white peppercorns. Beat the butter until foamy. Add the crushed pepper to the butter and season with Worcestershire sauce and salt. Wrap the butter mixture as tightly as possible in aluminum foil. Chill for 2 hours.
  2. Unwrap the butter and roll it in the pink pepper berries.
