Ingredients

  • 4 pork chop (s) (long square)
  • 50 g butter
  • 150 g bacon (hamburer bacon)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, mild
  • 0.25 liter ¼ sour cream
  • Garlic, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Beat the chops, season with salt and pepper. Cut the onion, bacon and peppers until they are noodle!
  2. Fry the chops on both sides in hot butter until golden brown, remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Roast the bacon, onion and paprika strips one after the other in the cooking residue. Now add the tomato paste and the mild paprika, pour over the whipped cream and cook everything into a thick sauce. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. Put the chops in the sauce again without cooking them.
  4. Recommended as a side dish: dumplings or pasta as well as salad!
