- 500 g powdered suar
- 4 egg (s)
- 100 g lemon peel
- 1 lemon (s), grated zest
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg, grated
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon clove (s), ground
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 packet baking powder

- Mix well the eggs, the sifted powdered sugar, nutmeg and the remaining spices. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift on a work surface. Add the egg mixture and knead well into the flour. Shape this dough into small balls, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
