Peppers Stuffed with Ham and Cheese

Cold paprika with ham, boiled eggs and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper (different colors) – 3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Ham – 150 g
  • Butter (softened) – 60 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Parsley – 2 sprigs
  • Green onion – 2 feathers

Directions

  1. Prepare all required ingredients. The butter should be very soft.
  2. Boil the egg hard-boiled (8 minutes after boiling) and cool in cold water.
  3. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Grate the ham also on a fine grater.
  5. Peel the egg and grate on a fine grater.
  6. Mix cheese, ham and boiled egg with softened butter.
  7. Mix.
  8. Cut the stalk of the peppers, remove the seeds.
  9. Fill the peppers with the ham, cheese and egg filling and tamp. Put the peppers in the refrigerator for 1 hour (or in the freezer for 15 minutes) until the filling solidifies.
  10. Remove the stuffed peppers from the refrigerator.
  11. Gently cut the stuffed peppers into 1-1.5 cm thick slices.
  12. Garnish the cold pepper, ham and cheese appetizer with parsley leaves and finely chopped green onions.
