Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g butter or mararine
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 500 g quark
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ cup oil (sunflower oil)
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 500 ml milk
  • Oil (lemon oil), a few drops

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, butter or margarine, sugar, egg, baking powder and vanilla sugar into a shortcrust pastry and line a 26-inch springform pan with it. Pull up a small edge.
  2. Preheat the oven. Mix the quark, sour cream, oil, sugar, pudding powder, egg, milk and lemon oil well and pour into the springform pan. Bake for 1 hour at 175 degrees top / bottom heat on the bottom rack. Let the cake cool in the oven.
