Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon pesto verde
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 scoop mozzarella, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes, halved
  • 2 piece (s) aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken breasts with cold water and dry them. Place the meat on two pieces of aluminum foil. The pieces of aluminum foil should be big enough that you can wrap the meat in them later. Salt and pepper the poultry on both sides. Then brush each chicken breast with 1 tablespoon pesto each. Now spread the garlic and the tomato halves over it.
