Ingredients

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 200 g smoked pork loin
  • 75 g cheese, rated
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 150 g whipped cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ marjoram, dried
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 1 point puff pastry (6 queen pies)

Instructions

  1. Clean or peel the mushrooms and onions and cut into small pieces. Cut the smoked pork into cubes.
  2. Heat the olive oil and fry the onions, mushrooms and smoked pork for about 8 minutes. Dust the flour over it and sweat while stirring. Stir in the cream, marjoram and cheese and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper and let cool down a little.
  3. Place the pies on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 150 ° C) for about 8 minutes.
  4. Fill the pies with the ragout and serve.
  5. Various leaf salads go very well with this.
