Onion Filling for Pies and Pies

One of my favorite pie and pie fillings is the onion and egg filling. Fast and tasty.

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • Leeks – 1 pc.
  • Chicken egg – 5-7 pcs.
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Simple, but how delicious it turns out.
  2. Wash and chop the leeks.
  3. Pound with salt in a mortar.
  4. Boil eggs hard-boiled. Cool down. Clear. Cut into cubes.
  5. Mix eggs and onions well.
  6. Our onion and egg filling is ready. You can make pies, pies, plachindas with it. Bon appetit!
