Instructions

  1. Bake the puff pastry patties according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Finely dice the salmon except for 1 slice and puree with the crème fraîche. Pour the cream into the pies.
  3. Cut the salmon slice into thin strips and roll them up into roses. Garnish the patties with salmon roses, chives and lemon wedges.
