Ingredients

  • 800 g pork fillet (s)
  • 20 slices bacon
  • 1 can mushrooms, 2 also be

Instructions

  1. Wash the pork tenderloin and remove the silver skin. Cut into 20 medallions of the same size as possible. Now wrap a slice of bacon around each medallion. Place the sliced mushrooms on the bottom of a baking dish and arrange the medallions next to each other. Then mix the cream with the tomato paste and the spices and pour over the medallions. The dish is then pushed into the preheated oven and cooked at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
