Pineapple Ravioli

Pineapple ravioli can be classified as gourmet cuisine. Cooking it is troublesome, you need to act very carefully to make the dish beautiful. Try it, it’s worth it!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Pineapple – 1 Piece
  • Raspberry – 125 Grams
  • Vanilla sugar – 5 Grams
  • Powdered Sugar – To taste
  • Lemon – 1 Piece

Directions

  1. Peel the pineapple.
  2. Slice the pineapple as thin as possible.
  3. Sprinkle pineapple with sugar, vanilla, sprinkle with lemon and leave for 2 hours. Cut about a third into small cubes.
  4. Place the raspberries and pineapple cubes on top of the pineapple.
  5. Cover the raspberries with a second thin pineapple slice and press with a mold.
  6. Decorate the ravioli.
