  • 6 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 250 g quark
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 250 g diced ham, smoked
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. First put the flour, sugar, baking powder, quark, milk, oil and salt in a bowl and mix with the mixer. Then cut the peppers into very small pieces. Then knead the ham, cheese and paprika into the dough by hand until everything is well mixed and a large lump is formed.
  2. Then shape small balls about three centimeters in diameter and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Always leave some space between the balls, because the dough will rise a little in the oven. Then put the tray in the oven preheated to 180 ° C (200 ° C top / bottom heat) and bake it out. This takes about 15 minutes. Then serve hot.
  3. Various sauces, such as guacamole or salsa, also taste good.
