  • 500g flour
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 325 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 125 g butter
  • 0.5 ½ sachet herbs your choice
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Make a yeast dough from the first 4 ingredients and let rise for about 1 hour.
  2. Mash the butter with the herbs, garlic and salt. Roll out the dough and spread the butter on it. Then you roll up the dough and cut about 4 cm wide snails, which you put in a greased casserole dish.
  3. The pizza rolls are put in the oven for about 20-30 minutes at 225 ° C.
