Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 200 ml milk, lukewarm (approx.)
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon herbal salt
  • 0.5 ½ pack tomato (s), happened
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • 1 packet hollandaise sauce
  • 1 packet bacon
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cooked
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 bag cheese, grated
  • Oregano, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Knead a yeast dough from the ingredients and let it rise for 1 hour. Then roll out on a baking sheet and let rise for another 10 minutes.
  2. Caution: The yeast dough works best if you add the milk little by little so that the dough does not get soggy, and the dough should be kneaded for at least 10 to 15 minutes so that it becomes nice and loose.
  3. Mix the tomato paste, the strained tomatoes and the spices into a chewy tomato sauce. Spread this thinly on the pizza. Then add the hollandaise sauce spoonful to the tomato mixture and spread it on.
  4. Finally, add the bacon, broccoli and tomato slices to the pizza. Sprinkle with cheese and put oregano on top of the pizza.
  5. Place in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
