Pizza on a Minced Chicken Crust with Mushrooms and Sausages

Fast pizza without problems, without dough – on a minced chicken crust, with mushrooms and sausages. Now I cook this way! Mine were eaten in 2 minutes. A very tasty recipe that everyone will love.

Ingredients

For the basics:

  • Minced chicken – 400 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.3 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano – to taste

For filling:

  • Tomato sauce (or ketchup) – 150 ml
  • Mushrooms (champignons) – 50 g
  • Sausage (or hunting sausage) – 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes – 70 g
  • Hard cheese (mozzarella or suluguni) – 130 g

To lubricate parchment:

  • Vegetable oil (preferably olive)

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Prepare minced meat. Add egg, salt, pepper and oregano to the minced meat.
  2. Mix the minced meat thoroughly and beat off so that it is saturated with oxygen.
  3. Cover a baking sheet moistened with water with parchment. Add olive oil and gently rub over the entire surface of the parchment, moistening your hands with it.
  4. From minced meat on parchment, form a base for pizza, as if we were making it from dough.
  5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 4 minutes.
  6. Then put the pizza sauce or ketchup on the baked minced meat crust and spread it evenly over the surface.
  7. Put your favorite filling on the pizza: mushrooms cut into slices (I have champignons), sausages and tomatoes cut into slices – well, that’s all your heart desires.
  8. Put more cheese, grated on a coarse grater, to make it tasty at home. I use mozzarella or suluguni. You can use any hard cheese.
  9. Bake the pizza on a minced chicken crust, with mushrooms and sausages, in the oven for another 8 minutes.
