Preheat the oven to 50 degrees. Wash the peppers, clean and cut into small cubes, the salami into strips.
Mix the flour with the eggs, mineral water, milk, salt, pepper, ajvar and pizza seasoning to a smooth dough. Fold in the diced pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and gradually fry pancakes from the batter. Bake for about 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
After turning, sprinkle with salami strips and grated cheese. Put the lid on the pan so the cheese melts. Keep finished pancakes warm in the oven.
You can experiment with vegetables, and they also taste very good with spring onions, courgettes and mushrooms. You can also replace the salami with ham. The spicy ajvar should not be used for children.
