Ingredients

  • 6 rolls, toast rolls (or normal)
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 5 tomato (s) (vine tomatoes)
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 60 g sheep cheese, liht 25% fat i. Tr.
  • 12 slices ham, raw without fat
  • 6 slice / s cheese, 30% i. Tr.
  • salt and pepper
  • some basil leaves for the garnish

Instructions

  1. Halve the toast rolls and toast as instructed and then drizzle with oil.
  2. Cut the paprika into strips, the tomatoes into slices and crumble the sheep`s cheese.
  3. Now place a teaspoon of sheep`s cheese, paprika strips, 1 slice of ham and 2 tomato slices on each half of the bun. Salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the cheese into strips and cover the halves with them and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 220 ° C (gas: setting 4, convection: 200 ° C) on the middle shelf for approx. 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish the pizza rolls with the basil leaves.
