Ingredients
- 200 g powdered suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon rum
- 1 lemon (s), which juice and zest
- 125 ml oil
- 250 ml sour cream
- 350 g flour, smooth
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
For covering:
- 1 kg plum (s) (plums)
- 150 g poppy seeds, rated
- Powdered sugar and cinnamon to taste

- Beat the whole eggs with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add the oil, sour cream, rum, lemon juice and grated lemon zest.
