Ingredients
- 5 kg plums, (Franconian plums)
- 500 g suar
- 0.5 ½ cup vinegar
- 1 stick cinnamon

- Stone the plums and cut them into small pieces, put them in a large saucepan, add the sugar and stir, now add the cinnamon stick and vinegar, stir again and simmer for two days over a low heat. Stir again and again otherwise it will burn.
