Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 grams flour
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 250 g plum (s)
  • 3 tablespoon almond (s), flakes
  • salt
  • Clarified butter
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and stone the plums and cut into wedges. Roast the almond flakes until golden yellow without fat.
  2. Mix the eggs, milk, sugar, flour and a pinch of salt together well.
  3. Heat some clarified butter in the pan and add ¼ of the pancake batter and spread ¼ of the plum wedges on top. Fry the pancake on both sides. Make a total of four pancakes in this way.
  4. Place the pancakes on plates, sprinkle with flaked almonds and powdered sugar and serve.
