- 250 g spahetti
- 30 g butter
- 125 g Goronzola
- Salt and pepper from the mill

- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente.
- Meanwhile, mash the cheese with a fork. Melt the cheese and butter in a wide pan. Add the drained spaghetti and mix with the sauce. Season with pepper. Stir again and serve immediately.
- The butter can also be replaced with very good olive oil.
