Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti
  • 30 g butter
  • 125 g Goronzola
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, mash the cheese with a fork. Melt the cheese and butter in a wide pan. Add the drained spaghetti and mix with the sauce. Season with pepper. Stir again and serve immediately.
  3. The butter can also be replaced with very good olive oil.
