- 4 slices toast (preferably the large )
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 medium egg (s)
- Nutella, jam, cream cheese or garlic cream
- Clarified butter

- Whisk the milk and eggs together.
- Take the toast, dip it in the egg-milk mixture, sprinkle it with a pinch of salt and fry it in the frying pan in hot clarified butter until golden brown.
